The world has lost Tomer Sharon, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, whose intelligence, kindness, and mentorship touched the lives of many.
Tomer was a leading voice in design thinking, user experience, and lean research methodology. As the co-founder and Chief Experience Officer at Anywell, he dedicated himself to redefining hybrid work. Before that, he served as Managing Director, Head of User Research & Metrics at Goldman Sachs, where his insights and expertise helped shape user-centered strategies.
His influence extended far beyond corporate roles—he was an author, speaker, and mentor, inspiring countless professionals through his books:

His career included pivotal roles such as Head of User Experience at WeWork and Senior User Experience Researcher at Google Search, where he played a key role in shaping products that impact millions.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tomer was a dedicated mentor and teacher, guiding organizations and individuals in user research methodologies. He delivered keynotes and workshops across 13 countries and even collaborated with the United Nations to improve user experiences on a global scale.
Tomer held a master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts and was widely recognized as a thought leader in the UX community.

- Shiv’a: Thursday–Wednesday at 15 Holly Lane, Cresskill, NJ
- Visiting hours: 10 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–8 PM
Tomer’s passing leaves an immeasurable void, but his wisdom, kindness, and groundbreaking contributions to UX and design will continue to inspire future generations. May his memory be a blessing.
